Job Description The Disney ABC Television Group (DATG) is home to all of The Walt Disney Company’s worldwide entertainment and news television properties. The Group includes the ABC Television Network (including ABC Daytime, ABC Entertainment Group and ABC News divisions); the Disney Channels Worldwide global kids’ TV business, ABC Family and SOAPnet; as well as television distribution divisions Disney ABC Domestic Television and Disney ABC ESPN Television. Responsibilities The Disney ABC Television Group has multiple Graphic Design internships. By applying to this posting, you will be considered for all related summer opportunities. Opportunities Include: 

ABC Marketing Design – Primetime, Daytime and Late Night: 

The intern position will assist our team with production (animated) and design needs. We are looking for someone who is proficient in After Effects (knowledge of Cinema 4D a plus). The intern will assist in the creation of animated show logos, lower thirds and other graphic needs. 

• Animate projects in After Effects 
• Assist with design on projects including storyboards 
• Assistance with production needs 

Executive Presentation Design – ABC Research: 
The intern will assist the research department in designing presentations and sales pitches. The intern will learn introductory skills about research and how to design presentations that emphasize storytelling. The intern will assist team members at every level in the department, and will be exposed to many different types of research including primetime, cable, syndication, multi-platform, strategy, etc. 
• Design PowerPoint presentations and sales pitches for the research team 
• Pull photos and logos for various television shows 
• Assist with any other design related projects

Basic Qualifications •All students must be eligible to work in the US 
•All students must be pursuing a bachelors or masters degree and be currently enrolled at an accredited university 
•All students must be available to work full time (40 hours/week) 
•All students must provide their own housing and transportation for the duration of the internship 
•All students must be proficient with Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Microsoft PowerPoint 
•All students must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator 
•Working knowledge of After Effects (Marketing Design Only)
Preferred Qualifications •Undergraduate students in their Junior or Senior year 
•Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher 
•Previous internship experience within production and/or graphic design 
•Experience in a fast paced, office working environment 
•High attention to detail 
•Strong interest in Television and the Entertainment Industry
